Description of Service
Dov's List allows those who are experiencing illness or their representatives to create personal blogs in order to update others about their conditions. These personal blogs are referred to as Dov's Listings. Visitors to the site can search for Dov's Listings to connect with people who are ill, either by sending well-wishes or signing up for prayer. Collectively, the services provided via Dov's List are referred to herein as the "Service." Dov's List is intended for use by people of the Jewish faith; however, it is open to all.

These Terms of Use May Change
We are continually improving and adding to the features and functionality of dovslist.org. As a result, we may need to update or revise these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice, by posting the revised version of these Terms of Use behind the link marked "Terms of Use" at the bottom of the home page of dovslist.org. Your continued use of dovslist.org after we have posted the revised Terms of Use constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms of Use.

Responsibility for Content Posted on Dov's List
You understand that all information, data, text, music, sound, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person who posts or submits such Content. . This means that you, and not Dov's List, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available to others using dovslist.org. Dov's List does not control the Content posted via dovslist.org and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by maintaining or visiting a Dov's Listing, you or your visitors may be exposed to content that is objectionable. Under no circumstances will Dov's List be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, e-mailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.

Proprietary Rights in Content You Submit to DovsList.org
Dov's List does not claim any ownership rights in the Content that you post and transmit via the Service. After posting your Content to the Service, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the Dov's List Service, you hereby grant to Dov's List a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Dov's List Service.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on or through the Dov's List Service or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the Dov's List Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement

General Information
Entire Agreement. The Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and Dov's List and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Dov's List with respect to the Service.

Choice of Law and Forum. The Terms of Use and the relationship between you and Dov's List shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Dov's List agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the state of Maryland.

Waiver and Severability of Terms. The failure of Dov's List to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
