NOTICE

A. Information We Collect
Dov's List collects two types of information about you when you visit our site: personal information (including, by way of example only, your e-mail address) and non-personal, aggregate information (such as information regarding the pages on our site that you have visited and your IP address).

      1. Personally Identifiable Information

The only personally identifying information that we collect and store about you is the information that you choose to provide to us. For example, if you register with our site, we will gather your personally identifiable information in order to sign you up for our services. In this regard, if you post a Dov's Listing, we will use your personally identifiable information to communicate with you regarding any questions that we may have about your Dov's Listing. If you make a donation to Dov's List, we will collect the information necessary to effectuate this payment. If you send us an email, we will use your email address to respond to your e-mail.

      2. Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We collect and use non-personally identifiable information about you in the following ways:

           a. Cookies
Visitors should be aware that non-personal information and data may be automatically collected by the Dov's List website through the use of "cookies." "Cookies" are small text files a Website can use to recognize repeat visitors, facilitate the visitor's ongoing access to and use of the site, and allow a site to track usage behavior and compile aggregate data that will allow content improvements. Cookies are not programs that come onto a visitor's system and damage files. Generally, cookies work by assigning a unique number to the visitor that has no meaning outside the assigning site. If a visitor does not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows the visitor to deny or accept the cookie feature. Dov's List uses "cookie" technology only to obtain non-personal information from its online visitors in order to improve visitors' online experience and facilitate their visit within our site.

           b. Referrers, IP Addresses and Other Non-Personal Information
Dov's List collects information through "referrers," IP addresses and various environmental variables. A "referrer" is information the web browser passes along to the Dov's List web server that references the URL from which you came. The "IP address" is a number used by computers on the network to identify your computer so that data can be transmitted to you. "Environmental variables" include, among other things, the domain from which you access the Internet, the time you accessed our web site, the type of web browser and operating system or platform used, the Internet address of the web site you left to visit Dov's List, the names of the pages you visit while at our web site and the Internet address of the web site you then visit. We collect all of this information in order to provide information tailored to your interests and to enhance your experience on the Dov's List web site.

B. Sharing Your Information With Third Parties
      1. Disclosure of Information by Dov's List
Dov's List will use your personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number) only to communicate with you regarding Dov's List's services. For example, if you elect to establish a password-protected Dov's Listing, Dov's List will use your personally identifiable information to inform you when another site visitor wishes to obtain access to your password-protected Dov's Listing.
